Shipping

We use USPS and FedEx within the contiguous United States. We use USPS Priority International for the rest of the world.  Shipping is an additional charge. International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class with registration (tracks the package to its destination), or via USPS Priority Mail International (tracks the package and sends an electronic confirmation of delivery). All international clients are expected to cover customs fees. All charges and responsibilities related to Customs / VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable and paid for by the customer.  If you require any special shipping please contact us. There will be an additional charge for special shipping. If you have any questions about a purchase, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We are not responsible for delays in delivery. If you are having trouble with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. For larger orders, please contact us before completing your purchase for an exact shipping quote. For questions on sales conditions or other matters please contact us via email. Orders are processed for shipping only upon receipt of payment. Parsons & Charlesworth will not be responsible for your package once it leaves our store.

Damage During Shipping
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping and are packed for safe shipping. Packages are also insured. It is extremely rare for damage to occur en route but in the event of such an occurrence, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist. Our insurer requires photographs of any damage to the item, the packaging and box, in order that we may file a claim so please include these when you contact us.

If you have placed an order with an item that has sold out in the meantime, you will be informed and reimbursed. Some merchandise may not be available at any given time.  Customers who, by mistake, place double orders will be reimbursed, but any transaction fees that occur through their error, shall be the customer’s responsibility to cover in full.

Refund Policy

Items must be returned in perfect condition together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. We strongly advise you package the items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that mailing costs incurred with your order are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to dispatch. We are not responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

EXCEPTION: All collaborative designs or items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these unique pieces. Thank you for your understanding.
